Where in CT? While hunkering down at my sister’s house in 2020 I worked with someone who lived in the Hartford area and he quickly became one of my favorite humans. A terrific person and clinically trained/skilled caregiver.

First of all I guess it depends on your finances. Other than that I had to change over to Medicaid six years ago Since then I been on the PCA waiver program.You might want to look into that.
