burned under care of home health aide

My aide gave me a cup of hot tea & it spilled out of my cup n I received 3 rd degree burn, skin graft bc of it. Company cancelled services. Lawsuit??? This is so annoying!

Sorry that happened to you! I don't know about the lawsuit part, but I don't think it is fair that your services were cancelled. I can understand why you feel annoyed.
