I have 2 caregivers that have ust been awesome. They have been working extra hours in the morning for me since the agency that I hired let me go as a client. That's a whole other story.
I want to give them something extra for all the work they have been doing. I can give them a bonus (a taxable one) but I'm concerned about making this about money. I know that it is of course about money for them. But I can't afford to really pay them anymore then what I am paying. How do I best show my graditude for what they have done?

You can give them cash (off the books) or a gift card if you know someplace that they like to shop. Not sure why you feel you need to give them a taxable "gift".

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.
