I was 23 year's old coming up on 8 years ago. I was 6' and weight 185 lbs. No fat, all muscle from Construction work. After my wreck C-6 C-7 I drop down to 130 lbs. Now I weight 165 lbs
I don't think about it much after having a son who only weighted 2 lbs 10 0z and drop to 2 lbs 4 oz. Those few oz was way more then I ever lost. He's 10 now and health!!!!!!!!!

Sam,
I'm sorry that you feel that way about me. I am actually a very warmhearted good person. I may be a girly girl and if that makes me a bad person than I am guilty as charged. I come to this site to correspond with people in the same situation and keep up-to-date on the latest SCI information not to be ridiculed and belittled by a complete stranger.
You seem to think you know so much about me and yet you don't even know my name, my name is Shannon. Nice to actually meet you.
I may only be 95 pounds but who is really the bigger person here?

Varian~
I apologize for contaminating your post. All I was doing was answering your question about my weight. You look amazing I wish I could have kept all my muscles tone as you did! Keep it up.

Pre-sci I was 135 (i'm the one on the right). I'm 20, 5'3" and now I weigh 115. I went down to 108 soon after the accident. I replaced the nice stomach with a nice quad gut, wee!! C7 incomplete, 8 months post.

Not everybody is the same size or weight!! Guess it would be a perfect world if we were. I keep packing on the weight, no matter by eating 1 meal a day"not a big one either" But I wish I did weigh alot less than I do now~

I was 6'4", 215 lbs when I was injured at 16. I went down to 160-165 within a month due to muscle atrophy but i've got back to as high as 205-210 a few months ago (damn winter). I'm down to 190 now and would like to stay steady at 180. Plus I think i've grown at least an inch, so the short answer would be: 6'5", 190.

p.s. nice shocker mr_coffee

Me before my injury at 180 lbs. it took 7 years of weight training to get to this point from 135 lbs. naturally (no roids). Within 4 weeks after SCI (injured 10/24/94)my legs were twigs from atrophy. The first time I saw them I broke down. I didn't see my quad belly until around 5 months post. When I did I broke down. I currently weigh 168 lbs. I've been steady at this weight for around 5 years.
