  • Recovering from recent fracture

Can anyone advise me on ways in which I could actively promote healing of a broken shoulder. I incurred injury when I fell at work on 10/4.
I used that arm for my cane and w/o it's function, I can't drive and my balance is compromised so I'm scared of more falls!
Vitamins, nutritional do's / don'ts - any help is appreciated!

    Thanks

Calcium and vitamin d are the nutritional supplements that help with bone formation. You might ask your doc about a referral to physical therapy for some interim options for moving around. This could take quite a while to heal.
