    throat clicks

I had a neck fusion at c5-c6 in 98. I was left with Brown-sequard syndrome, from the Dr. cutting into my spinal cord.

After the neck brace was removed, several months later, I noticed that my throat "clicks" when I swallow. It doesn't happen all the time. If I lift my chin up, it stops.

They did the fusion through the front of the neck.

has anyone heard of anything similar???

Sounds like the throat passageway might have been affected by the neck operation? maybe SCI has seen this before?
