    Fresh hot coffee

I do like my coffee, however its much better if I don’t pour it on my lap.

When I get dressed (or try) or slide down the bed it makes me sick to my stomach. Trying to keep it clean and dry and lie on my back frog legged, but the nausea when moving is awful.

What can I do to make it les sensetive or heal quicker. Only thing I put on was Aloe.

This is not necessarily related to your burn. If you are having nausea with movement, you might ask you doc for an anti-nausea drug--they come in pills and suppositories (take your pick) and should help with this awful feeling. In my experience, after the fact, it's just as well to treat a burn in the same way one treats a pressure sore. If you haven't been seen by a wound care specialist (and your health care coverage would support it) to get a good program of wound care going, so that you can get going again.

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.
