Medicare covers up to 300u of Botox every 90 days at 80%. Not too bad. The only Urologist I've ever used, and trust completely, doesn't accept assignment.

Thank You very much! The risk seems somewhat minimal. I believe in another thread one of the nurses mentioned a couple drugs similar to QXY but without the risk? It would be helpful to get the names of those drugs if anyone knows them.

You might have noticed that amitriptyline is on the list as well, I've yet to find an alternative.
