I switched from using a 16 fr to 18 fr to save money. I haven't had any issues with changing sizes, so far.

This by far, the best prices for Duette caths I have been shown, thanks for posting that site Brent K
13.59 for 14fr 16fr and 8.34 for 18fr, makes a lot of difference for those who pay out of pocket...I would still have to eat only 2 days a week if I had to pay out of pocket still
