I'm in a facility taking care of my sore

I broke down and they put me in a facility so I can get antibiotics can't get on a better bet. I have a roommate who is snoring like crazy. I think an airplane might be quieter. We are still working on getting everything set up the way it's supposed to be here but the staff is really nice and understanding I just hope I can get some sleep. Now let's just hope I can finally get this thing healed up so I can get back in school and get my engineering degree. Good grief this guy sores loud. Ha ha, I guess I'm not a super quiet sleeper myself. Well guys, wish me luck

Make the best out of today because yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come. Nobody knows that better than those of us that have almost died from spinal cord injury.

It sounds like you are on the right track with the staff. Now, hopefully you can get some sleep!

Last time I was in a rehab facility the most frustrating thing about it was how completely uncaring the staff were about patients getting sleep. The whole idea of having sick people with weakened immune systems or resistant infections or who desperately need sleep room together is insane, and indeed studies show single rooms are better, but Medicare could not care less - they cannot shovel money fast enough to these institutions. The place I was in was mostly for semi-demented elderly patients, but the staff love them and gave them all kinds of special treatment, of course, because that's were the money is.

What facility are you in? Would you like visitors? I might be able to drop by.
