Get your mind out of the gutter Steven I was talking strictly an educational, instructional video on how to deal with the medical condition of heat stroke by cooling off via the shower. Solely as a tip to prepare others who might be thus endangered.

just saw this. i have never had ad from heat, but have def had the panic, the need to soak my body in ice or cold water, get in a/c. i hate hot weather. hope all is good now

We had a similar scare with the heat. Disoriented, headache. I did purchase travel medical insurance but my s.o. recovered well enough before rushing him off to the local emergency room. I don't know but it seems to me that the sci has more problems with body temperatures being very labile.
