Forum sluggish while hard drives reconfigure

A little late, but FYI, the forum is running slow because the hard drive array is reconfiguring while still running the forum in the background.

This is a tech upgrade, from OldGrumpyDad, to address the drive failure and outage we had last month. The new array has some more fault tolerance and redundancy built in.

It’ll be sluggish for ~1 more day.
