Not receiving emails

Im not receiving emails updates when someone responds to a subscribed thread I check the settings and my e-mail is correct, any ideas?

Sorry, the version of vBulletin that runs the site is outdated. Registration doesn't work either, I have to do all manually. We will be upgraded to the new version in a few weeks.
