December Open House, "Fighting to Walk" Fundraiser

    The Spinal Cord Injury Project

** With Our Very Special Gratitude!
Stumped on Your Gift List? Give Hope!

    - With Our Very Special Gratitude -

The hurricane came and went but not your love and care for all of us here at the W. M. Keck Center. When the power returned, an avalanche of email and voicemail messages arrived with your words of concern. It meant a lot to us to know that all over the world people were sending wishes for our well-being. Please accept our gratitude for your special thoughts on our behalf.

Amazingly the Center survived with just minimal water leaks. Most of us spent days without power, light, or heat, but these become 'minor inconveniences' when compared with those who have lost so much. It is heart-wrenching and will take a long time to re-build these devistated communities and broken lives.

There is a new thankfulness for hot food, hot showers, and light switches that actually make something happen, and a special appreciation to all of you for your notes. This is indeed a very special global community of care, and we are grateful.

Your Donation Today will Ring in a New Year of Hope

Contributions now allow you to get an end-of-the-year tax deduction - and enable us to plan ahead to bring new therapies to clinical trial. Every gift makes a difference. As one Mom said, "Every dollar brings us closer to a cure." We need your help to keep on schedule.

It is your support of our research that has brought us this far. Each new discovery will bring more and more improvement to more and more people. It is your donation that will keep us moving toward the finish line. So, please write a check, donate on-line here, or call 732.445.6573 with your year-end gift. Together we will make this happen!

    Stumped by What to Give?
Bring a Smile to Someone's Face with a Gift of Hope!

Dreams mean more than things. Share the goal of a cure with someone by giving a Gift of Hope in their honor. Gifts of Hope can be given through our website here, by mail, or if time is short, please call 732.445.6573. If you have a longer list, you can fax the names and addresses to 732.445.2063 marked Gifts of Hope. A special Gift of Hope card will be sent to let them know of your care. Cards can be sent to you if you want to present them personally.
