In fact FDA, CDC, NIH, all issued statements warning against it's use for covid! This first time in April 2020
Then again July 2020, Now as recently as October 2020!
    Not a scam!
I was talking with Dr. Pierre Kory, one of the many doctors from the list
that strongly supports use of Ivermectin by their created Protocol. He is one of founders off this Alliance.
You can find his talk about Ivermectin in several videos .
    Here is one : https://vimeo.com/473929788

Tetracyclone, before you label something as a scam please read some information posted on FLCCC.net first.

People can be saved and can not get hurt with Ivermectin by the dosage recommended by these doctors.
[based on FDA approved 0.2mg/kg (18mg approx per day for 80-90 kgs / 200Lbs person) ]

Let people read and decide for themselves.

Since this was posted on the COVID-19 and SCI thread, and yet is not specific to SCI, I have moved it to the general Coronavirus thread started last spring.

Let people read and decide for themselves
No one should be reading anything on the internet, about unapproved medical treatments, and "deciding for themselves". That's asinine. The only valid path to deciding on a medical treatment is through your own physician, or other providers, working on your case specifically.

If this protocol is really safe, and really effective, then proper trials will determine that, proper peer review will back that up, and approvals will follow.

If you're interested in participating, check for the drug name at https://clinicaltrials.gov

    Here is one recruiting now:

    https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04438850

Until then, be cautious, or maybe cautiously optimistic (if you can manage that.)

The use of this protocol is far from fully vetted, and decided, so I strongly suggest holding off on developing strident beliefs about it until such time as it is.

(Its also alarming that the only "OMG! Miracle CURE!! ASTOUNDING!!" articles I found on the internet came from News Max and OANN. Known peddlers of demonstrably (proven) false information and theories, as well as hyperbolic claims and headlines.)

Stick with your doctors, people. Follow their advice, not "the internet's", on this medicine.
