  • Survey on Fatigue in adults with SCI

    Hello,

We are conducting a study into causes of fatigue in adults with SCI. The findings of our study will help clinicians learn about their patients' vulnerability to fatigue, and provide actionable interventions to help manage fatigue.

Please help us by completing this 15 minute survey.

    Hello Alina,

I've been investigating the case of fatigue in adults with SCI since June 2018. We are planning to make a contribution to the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health. In case you need some research help or are willing to join our team, you are welcome to contact me (my e-mail - houston.shsu.edu@gmail.com, manager of the new laboratory research center at SHSU).

    Thank you,
    Renee Degutis

The OP has not visited our forums since March, 2017, so is very unlikely to see your message. Suggest you contact her via a different route (perhaps through UCLA), and also suggest you not post your e-mail address on a public forum like this.

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.
