Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd. Any PF song, really.
    Ten years gone - Zeppelin
    Sloe Gin - Bonamassa

These are three great guitar tunes to start with.

Right now (and most times) Kid Rock is my spirit animal. I'm a female liberal Dem-for-Life that loves Kid Rock. Perverse!

His last one has talked to me all day. Went to say goodbye to some Ride-Or_Die friends and places (b/c I'm moving.) KR is playing Baby Rock On:

        Tears on the pillow
        Is all you leave behind
And the only thing you know, this time
Is it's time to let go
So put the key under the mat
And don't you look back, just

        Rock on, baby rock on
You ain't got nothing to lose, that ain't already gone
Cuz trapped in these blues, ain't where you belong
        So baby rock on

Let the songs and the static
        Fight for the dial
Inside an addict's last passin' mile
Well I know it ain't easy, but the wheel's in your hand
        [ From: http://www.elyrics.net ]
And who knows where you'll land, so just

        Rock on, baby rock on
You ain't got nothing to lose, that ain't already gone
And may the good Lord God bless you, and help you along
        Now baby rock on

        (Solo)

        And baby don't stop, just

        Rock on, baby rock on
You ain't got nothing to lose, that ain't already gone
I know your heart's black and blue, but life don't last long
        So baby rock on

        Baby rock on

Great song! I grew up zeppelin and I am growing old Pink Floyd. I play guitar in a cover band that does an occasinal Pink Floyd tribute and we have played pretty much most classic rock bands, except Aerosmith. Gotta correct that soon.

I know this is annoying. Can someone tell me how to embed a video? I thought it was as simple as putting the web link from youtube into the little "insert link" box, but I tried that and then instead of the video showing up, a blue link to the video appeared. I have some music to share if I can just figure this out. I am sure it is a no brainer. Blargh.

For NUMBERSLETTERS, you put the last part of the youtube address in that space.

Thank you Todd. I am not sure what my issue is. Usually I am quite tech proficient. I tried doing what you said several times, but struck out. Oh well. Not the end of the world.

Here's what I am currently listening to:

"I Love It" Icona Pop (no music video, only sound and lyrics)

                                http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OlvRcVGez6Y

And an old favorite. "The Sacrifice" by Michael Nyman. Some might recognize it from the movie The Piano. Seven years at the bench and I miss playing this so much...
